Regina and I totally went to Ocean Beach together yesterday! From beaches to bead shops to The Office to chinese checkers, we spent the whole day together!





Her hair is like fire dancing in the wind (incredibly stormy weather despite the sun's presence).


Yeah! the waves were thrashing high enough to reach the pier's walk. Kind of scary actually.

In other news, I am having a great time being home. This break is going to be characterized by missions! Mission number one: go to rave on news year's eve. Mission number two: help out my former roommate, Anna, by convincing her ex boyfriend to stop stalking her. Mission number three: Help Briana get out of her quarter life crisis. Mission number four: Do something chronic on chronic day with my chronic day friends. I wanted to go bungee jumping but bitches aint shit?

This semester marked dramatic social changes for me. A) I had sacrificed the comforts of my old apartment (with Anna) to take a risk by moving in with a bunch of strangers. After some initial shock I adjusted well and feel that I grew from this experience. But now, it is time to prepare for moving again and I couldnt be more excited. B) I broke away from my former close circle of psychology friends and due to taking numerous communications courses, started new friendships with communications majors. C) My awesome job at muddy waters has turned several coworkers into friends. As a group they tend to admire my energy and stamina because it benefits all of us while we work. No coworkers of mine are ever going to complain about me being too fast at making drinks or being able to multi-task.

My one-month long relationship with Regina has been another highlight. During this last week I could sense her conflict with me vs. the boy back at home. I never stood a chance but I sure did leave an impression with her. She was stressed about not breaking my heart even though I told her that she couldnt break my heart because it was made of bones and bones cant break. I took good care of her, sometimes just to impress her (ie. showing up next to her bedside with a freshly prepared crepe) and sometimes when she really needed help (ie. giving her rides home after work so she wouldnt have to walk in the freezing rain). I probably wont see her during break even though she lives in San Diego but I am sure we will be seeing more of each other come spring semester. Despite its odd circumstances this is a healthy relationship where we communicate fully with one another.
